Stability

- [ ] Are system dependencies stable?
Scoring
- 10-11 YES: Go for it! Strong automation candidate
- 8-9 YES: Good candidate, with caveats
- 6-7 YES: Maybe, but pilot first
- <6 YES: Not yet, not the right time
