WELCOME

I'm Andrei
Ologu.

I build systems, understand people, and write about football.politics.life.

I was born and raised in the Jiu Valley, Romania, in the '90s. A time of solidarity in poverty — with unimaginable inflation, 100 kids playing outside every day, and the greatest luxuries being homemade chocolate and juice from the corner store.

I'm part of the generation that grew up with a key around their neck, witnessed the birth of the internet, social media, and AI. I managed to embrace, understand, and make use of them all.

For over 15 years, I've worked with people across different industries. I started from the bottom and grew through every role — from entry-level to project manager, product owner, business analyst. Every industry taught me something different. Every person I worked with changed me a little.

Today I do IT consulting, automate processes, and help teams work better together. Not with trendy frameworks — but with what actually works.

I'm not just what I do professionally. I'm also what I do when nobody's watching.
